This website serves as a trade-only catalog showcasing premium gift wrap papers, ribbon accessories, and paper carrier bags. All listings and prices displayed represent wholesale and corporate order estimates (ex VAT). Nothing on this website constitutes a retail offer to consumers.
Submitting a "Quote Request" through our sample basket does not constitute a binding purchase contract. Upon receiving your submission, our team (headed by representative Anna Kuznetsova) will verify material availability, shipping fees to your destination, and tax parameters, and send a formalized quote invoice. A binding agreement is only entered once the customer signs the formal invoice or completes payment.
For customized orders (such as hot-foil hot stamping, custom ribbon widths, or personalized geometric layouts), physical mockups are manufactured according to vector specifications supplied by the buyer. OÜ GiftWrap is not liable for typographical mistakes, color space differences, or vector alignment issues present in buyer-submitted files.
All shipments origin from our warehouses in the European Union (Tallinn, Estonia). Standard transport delivery times for EU destinations range between 3 to 5 business days. As a business-to-business (B2B) wholesaler, sales returns are subject to standard Estonian Commercial Law provisions. Standard consumer right-of-withdrawal regulations do not apply to business-to-business transactions.
These Terms of Use and any business operations or disputes between OÜ GiftWrap and client corporations shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any unresolved conflicts shall be resolved in Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn.
